Frequently Asked Questions

Lightswap reads your bank, brokerage, and crypto accounts and writes you a short briefing every morning. Think of it as a money editor that knows your situation. Separately, you can also ask it to move money — pay a friend, buy bitcoin, move between accounts — all in plain English, all with your explicit approval.

Nothing moves without you. We use regulated open banking (Plaid) to read transactions and initiate payments — the same infrastructure major UK and EU banks use. Exchange and wallet connections are read-only by default; any action requires your approval in the app.

UK and most EU banks via Plaid. Brokerages via SnapTrade (Robinhood, Fidelity, Schwab, and more). Crypto exchanges: Kraken, Coinbase, Binance, OKX. Hardware wallets: Ledger, Trezor, Coldcard.
